The largest of these is Dallas Love Field, which has undergone a major renovation through the Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP). The project consisted of 650,000 SF of new construction, 250,000 SF of renovation, and 67 acres of airside pavement. A 5,000 space, 7 level parking garage for traveling public usage was added to the project and included a complete remodel of a 24,000 SF administration building and 30,000 SF law enforcement building.

  • Directed financial controls for the Love Field Modernization Program, a $519M renovation to Dallas Love Field Airport and $208M construction of a 5,000 parking-garage, for a total initial budget of $727M.
  • Executed comprehensive financial oversight for $519M project, which was completed one month ahead of schedule and 2.5% under initial budget projections.
  • Managed comprehensive financial oversight, ensuring compliance across multiple funding streams, including Special
  • Facility Revenue Bonds, federal grants, and local government revenues, resulting in zero audit discrepancies over three consecutive fiscal years.
  • Streamlined vendor payment processes, reducing average payment cycle from 60 days to 30 days, accelerating disbursements to over 200 suppliers, resulting in improved cash flow.
